North Sea Offshore (NSO) is proud to support Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding (SWS) and Adora Cruises on the construction of the next-generation cruise ship Adora Flora City, one of China’s most significant large-scale cruise vessel projects currently underway.
NSO’s contracted scope on the vessel comprises three major integrated packages:
EPC delivery for key operational spaces including the bridge, engine control room, offices, medical center, and associated support areas
Full installation of the vessel’s balcony and exterior glazing systems
Large-scale interior construction across passenger cabin decks and the SPA & GYM public areas

A recent milestone underscores the project’s continued momentum: the vessel’s computer room, one of the core technical control zones, successfully passed its external completion inspection. This achievement reflects the steady progress of the ship’s technical outfitting program and the disciplined coordination between NSO, SWS, and project stakeholders.
With this inspection completed, the vessel’s interior construction program has now entered its coordinated “final sprint” phase, moving system by system toward completion and acceptance.

This milestone reinforces NSO’s capability to execute complex, multi-disciplinary marine outfitting with the quality, precision, and schedule discipline required on modern cruise vessels. The company remains committed to supporting shipyards and owners with reliable, scalable execution throughout the project lifecycle.
NSO is proud to contribute to this landmark project for China’s cruise shipbuilding industry and looks forward to supporting the successful delivery of Adora Flora City.
